Kuvaus: |
Objective of course: The course provides basic knowledge to clarify the roles, responsibilities and accountabilities required from leaders; how to identify key managerial issues affecting the organization; how to create an environment encouraging communication, interaction, development and learning and how to build trust.
Course contents: Theories of leadership, roles, responsibilities and accountabilities of leaders, organizational behavior of individuals and groups, organizational culture, managing of change, conflicts, learning and development, new leadership theories.
